Antonia accompanied me on the viewing of the property I was later to offer on and am in the process of buying, in Murcia province, Spain. The helpful, friendly and informative approach she adopts began way before the viewing. She went the extra mile to take additional photography/ videography as i am UK based and was open and honest about some of the features of the property that may not suit all; a true professional! Antonia is also one of the nicest, kindest and most genuine people I have met and, in many senses, her character had a big influence on me choosing the property I did. When I decided to offer, this was handled swiftly and efficiently by Shiraz and very quickly we had agreed on a price that was fair to both the seller and myself. The buying process with them has been a dream. Shiraz has kept a n eye on the ball and intervened at appropriate moments to keep the process moving. I hope I don't speak too soon but all smooth sailing helped by recommendations that the team were able to make. I would wholeheartedly advocated Stratus International!
