"We spent a week in Costa Blanca viewing over 20 properties and met with 7 different estate agents. Shiraz at Stratus International was the most professional, friendly and helpful of all agents.

Before we met him we had chosen two properties to view. We met him at his office and had a discussion as to what we were looking for (not offered by the other 6 agents). We showed him our two favourites and he showed us other property listings and we chose a further three properties for viewing, a total of five.

Shiraz kindly offered to drive us in the agency car so we could take in the country side and consider the local towns ,(better than one agent that had to jump in our car on day 1 as he didn't have transport). We even stopped for a brief refreshment break which was very welcome.

We were provided with a print out of each property listing which no other agent did. Shiraz was fully prepared and provided local knowledge on the surrounding area for each property we viewed. Property tours were great with clear explanation as we viewed each room and property grounds. we were not rushed and had the chance to look further at our own time and discuss feedback. Listing's we're accurate and most properties were actually better in person.

Shiraz was very friendly and provided excellent insight I to Spanish life and the attractions of living near the coast or inland in the mountains.

we now have 4 properties shortlisted and have a tough decision to make.

After all viewings, we were helpfully provided with mortgage and, foreign currency exchange details. No pressure, just a friendly and professional approach.
