From the research that we have done the property has existed since the 1950s but over time it was left to go to ruin. The current owner bought the property in 2006 and by 2016 had carried out all the repair work to bring it to its current state. No action has been taken by the town hall since then and as such the minimum period of 4 years has transpired so the property is deemed to be prescribed. Having said that, because it is so close to the boundary on the north side, there is no guarantee that the land registry will allow it to be registered.
