- €40,000 purchase of land. At the same time, a check for €30,000 will be issued at the notary's office for licenses and project fees.
- €60,000 upon obtaining the license for land preparation, foundation, and structure.
- €60,000 for roofing and exterior enclosures.
- €60,000 for interior partitions, pre-installation of electricity and plumbing.
- €60,000 for flooring, tiling, and the pool.
- €15,000 for trades, exterior and interior carpentry, finishing works, and painting.
- €6,000 for final client inspection.
After the final payment, the buyer will receive a project report approved by the College of Architects, along with the water and electricity certificates.
