Everything went absolutely according to plan and there were no issues at all (we were braced for a rocky ride after a hideous 6-month UK sale this year) but, to our amazement we did the whole purchase within the month!...wow! you were right.
I also think it's really important to say how nice it was working with yourself, Andrey and Shiraz. From the moment we made contact you all made us feel totally unpressured, relaxed and in good knowledgeable hands. Andrey worked hard (over a two day period!) to show us houses and properties that may have suited. Our new home 9826 is perfect and we can't wait to roll our sleeves up to start the renovation. I cannot say how great Andrey was! Mr patience...
