Stratus International is a wonderful office! We were looking for a property and had quite a few wishes. Other brokers said it wasn't possible with out budget and wishes. But then we came across Stratus International and got in contact with Antonia. We sent her some properties we wanted to view. She also had a surprise property for us. Guess what? The surprise property was everything we wanted and well within our budget! Antonia was the only one of the brokers who got us, she really listened to us and came with the perfect property! She and Shariz have been so very helpful. No question has been too much and they are always there to help us, not only with questions about the house. The fact that Antonia is Dutch was also a plus for us. She's a very kind and sincere woman who is really interested in us and what we want/need. We highly recommend Stratus International! We are so grateful and are counting the days til we can finally move to Spain!
