Location and acces: The farm rises along 1,180 hectares in the province of Albacete, approaching prestigious places with wonderful and incredible views. It has a privileged location on the road to Albacete. What locates the Madrid-Valencia highway in 25 minutes. Approximately, to 50 minutes we find the airport of Albacete, to hour and average the one of Alicante, to 1 hour the one of Valencia and 2 and a half hours the one of Madrid.

Flora: It has great vegetation, such as mountains and forests of pine and holm oak, enough to favor the habitat of game species and forest exploitation. It also has a plantation of approximately 500 olive trees.
Fauna: It is a large and small game reserve, where you can currently hunt: quail, rabbits, wild boars, hares, pigeons, partridges and (in artificial lagoons) aquatic birds. In the extensive grounds of the farm also coexist species such as the roe deer, the Hispanic goat (approximate population of 150 animals) and the deer.
Other features: It has the possibility of being fenced, since it consists of more than 1,000 hectares under the same boundary. It has electric light.
Distribution and possibilities:The farm is sold divided into 20 lots ("ranches") of about 15 hectares each. In addition to the surface, each one includes a pro-undivided part of the remaining farm, with the right to use and enjoy the totality of its extension and its facilities: • Some 200 hectares of prairie and three artificial lagoons of 30,000 m 3 of water . • Horse-riding facilities. • Farm for own consumption.
